2. OFFERS AND PRICES
All of the product offers offered on the botanistsmanuka.com site are limited to metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco and to foreign countries to which we ship our products. 5. PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases on the site takes place exclusively in Euros. Methods of payment: payment with order by credit card, Paypal or gift card. In the event of payment with the order by credit card, the debit of the card is made at the time of the order. In order to allow you to make your purchases in complete safety, online payment by credit card is completely secure. The entire transaction is sent in encrypted mode to a bank validation server in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) mode. Payments by American Express, Maestro, Electron card are not accepted.

6. DELIVERY
Our sales and prices are ex works from our warehouses in France.
The products are delivered in mainland France, Corsica, Monaco and foreign countries to which BOTANISTS' ships in accordance with the address of your choice indicated when you placed your order.
It is your responsibility to provide us with all the details necessary for the delivery of your purchases. If your package is returned to us by the carrier for the following reasons: incomplete address, incorrect address or unclaimed package on time, the costs of returning your package will be your responsibility.
Average delivery time: 72 hours from the receipt of your order by BOTANISTS' at the latest within 10 working days after the validation of your order (except out of stock).
For parcels sent to you by post, we negotiate the registration fees on your behalf with our distributors, in particular the Post Office. These costs, included in the contribution to the shipping costs, are offered to you from 60 euros of purchases (valid only in Metropolitan France).
If at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, open, the buyer must then check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the buyer must imperatively refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery note (package refused because opened or damaged).
The buyer must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.).
This verification is considered to have been carried out when the buyer, or a person authorized by him, has signed the delivery slip.
The buyer must then confirm these reservations by registered mail to the carrier no later than two working days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter by fax or simple mail to the seller at the address indicated in the site legal.

7 – DELIVERY ERROR
The buyer must formulate with the seller on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality with respect to the instructions on the order form. Return costs are the responsibility of the seller.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

9. PROHIBITION OF OFF-NETWORK SALES
