Fields of application

To be used ingested in case of cough, sore throat, boosts the immune system. Very effective in cutaneous application on a cut, a light burn, an acne pimple, or applied as a mask to contribute to the beauty and well-being of the fragile skin of the face.

Uses

1 to 3 tea spoons each morning. Also to be included in your smoothies, hot drinks and muesli.
Apply as a face mask alone or mixed with your favorite natural active ingredients. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
